I am formally trained as a graphic designer but have risen through the ranks to Creative Director and Executive Creative Director. I am also an amateur photographer. With my varied background, I bring over 25 years of practical experience and leadership skills in both the English and Spanish advertising markets. I have focused on brand and promotions for the U.S. Hispanic market over the past 18 years. Most recently I led a team of 40 in a new business venture that focused on multicultural marketing with a specialty in retail and experiential.
My ability to "cross-over" from English to Spanish and back again makes me a very versatile partner for a company wanting to expand into new markets or to strengthen existing ones. I have earned the respect of my colleagues as a valuable leader willing to take charge and make the difficult decisions to assure successful project outcomes. Oh, and I love what I do.
